Petry Wendomat

Economic production by using modern techniques and tools, for example, using the WENDOMAT developed by PETRY.

The Wendomat not only turns your construction part; it also puts it at the ergonomically correct height and position for the welder.

The Wendomat developed from practical experience allows the safe turning of the heaviest construction parts even if they have arches and brackets (up to 700 mm).

In a few seconds, the Wendomat brings the heavy structural steel parts into the most ergonomically favourable position and puts an end to time-consuming, dangerous handling. The workpiece is processed individually in the working position by the welder. Stressed and tiring postures are avoided. The hall crane is available for other uses during the complete welding time.

Even large construction parts with an individual weight of 50 kN and a cross section of 900 x 1000 mm can be brought into the desired position quickly and safely. The support arms are folded for inserting the large cross sections (> 400 x 1000 mm).
